Managing the operation & maintenance of HT System (VCB, RMU, Transformer), LT System (Isolation Panel, LT Panels, ACBs, Distribution Boards & • Switchgears).

- Plumbing System Operation & • Maintenance-

Managing the operation & maintenance of installed infrastructure (Pumps, Washrooms Plumbing system)
- Air-conditioning System Operation & • Maintenance-

Managing Operation & maintenance of chiller plants, AHUs, Split AC units.
- Safety & • Security –

Checking of installed infrastructure (Fire Detection System, Fire Fighting System, CCTV System, Access Control/Biometric System,) for error free functioning, maintenance & coordination for mock drills, Across Office/Buildings Electrical System Thermography on regular interval
- Training- First & • Safety Awareness Assessment &
- Training of support teams

- Energy Consumption Analysis, Optimization
- Liaising with Building Maintenance Team for seamless services
- Inventory & • Stock Management -





Monitor inventory of office supplies & reorder as per needs

Compliance & • Audit -

To work with Internal IS Team on Certification Processes, Audits & • Compliances

Telecom Management: – Telecom Management – To work with TSPs for secure delivery of telecom services (including PRI, TFNs), Management of Voice Based Infrastructure (e.g. EPABX, Desk Phones)

Vendor Management, Supervision & Controls

- Coordination with Vendors for effective & timely execution of work
- Supervising various ongoing works & put control measures.
- Periodic Meeting with service providers to share feedback & improvement in services.
- Tracking & Managing the vendor pay-outs

Procurement Management

- Development of vendors for new products & services.
- Explore / Deal / Sustain Vendors for various Products/Services.
- Evaluation of proposals, Comparison & Requisition for approval

Transport-Cab/Shuttle Service Management

- MIS & Billing
- Quality Control of Shuttle Services – wrt to Cleanliness, AC, Roadworthiness, Seating
- Periodic Inspection of all compliance documents.
