Job Summary
Create world-class vehicle electrical, electronic, software, and network architectures that deliver breakthrough customer experiences through seamless integration of hardware, software, connectivity, artificial intelligence, autonomous functions, energy systems, and over-the-air capabilities.
Own the transformation from a component-centric vehicle to a fully integrated Software Defined Vehicle platform.
The role is accountable for defining and delivering the next generation vehicle E/E architecture roadmap, enabling industry-leading performance, quality, scalability, cybersecurity, functional safety, and manufacturing efficiency.
Tasks and responsibilities
- HW/SW/Mechintegration concept of EEE components at vehicle level Responsible.
- Responsible for the Electric and Electronic HW SW integration concept (onboard and offboard) at vehicle level for EV and combustion engine application including diagnostic, network, DFMEA, cybersecurity, Fusa management and MBSE
- ThroughContinuous interaction with Hardware /Software /Integration /testing /Sourcingteams ensure the adherence of the EEE/EV/HEV system to the company standards and the development ofthis standards.
- Participate tothe successful development meeting target Quality in desired Cost and committedTime.
Role Description
Architect the Future Vehicle Platform Define the end-to-end vehicle architecture for future EV, HEV, and intelligent mobility platforms.
Lead migration from distributed ECU architectures toward centralized and zonal computing architectures.
Develops scalable vehicle platforms supporting:
- OTA software updates
- AI-enabled functions
- Connected services
- Autonomous features
- Cloud integration
- Vehicle intelligence and data platforms
Drives software-defined vehicle strategy across all vehicle programs.
Drive System Innovation
Lead disruptive technology programs in:
- SoftwareDefined Vehicles (SDV)
- AI-assisted vehicle operations
- Generative AI-based diagnostics
- Vehicle operating systems
- Centralized compute platforms
- Cyber-resilient vehicle networks
- Edge-to-cloud ecosystems
- Digital twins
- Predictive health monitoring
- Autonomous mobility
Systems Engineering Leadership
Establish best-in-class systems engineering practices.

Establish a culture where safety and cybersecurity are engineered into the platform from day one.
Qualifications / Experience
Demonstrated progressive competence in EEE/EV/HEV powertrain component and subsystem design/development and direct experience with automotive electric drive, power electronics, battery pack systems, regulatory and testing.
Hands on, rigorous, creative/innovative mindset with experience in advanced automotive system development, EEE Vehicle architectures, SDV, OTA advanced engineering and RD methodologies.
Ability to deal effectively with and lead within a quick-paced, dynamic and change-oriented environment.
Deep knowledge and expertise in EEE/EV/HEV subsystem quality process.
Direct experience on EEE value chain
Excellent leadership skills with experience in building and leading engineering and business teams that may be in multiple locations (International experience preferred)
