Technical Content / Documentation WriterJob Overview

We are looking for a skilled Technical Content / Documentation Writer to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical content and documentation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable understanding complex technical concepts and converting them into easy-to-understand documentation for developers, customers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain technical documentation, API documentation, user guides, and product documentation.
- Write clear documentation for software products, features, APIs, integrations, and workflows.
- Convert complex technical concepts into simple and easy-to-understand content.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product managers, and subject-matter experts to gather technical information.
- Create API references, setup guides, integration guides, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and release notes.
- Review and update existing documentation based on product and feature changes.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, well-structured, and easy to navigate.
- Document technical processes, system workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Research technical topics and validate information before publishing.
- Maintain documentation standards, templates, terminology, and style guidelines.
- Assist in creating technical blogs, knowledge-base articles, and product-related content.
- Track documentation gaps and proactively improve the overall knowledge base.

Required Skills
- Excellent English writing, editing,



and proofreading skills.
- Strong ability to understand and explain technical concepts.
- Experience creating software or IT-related documentation.
- Basic understanding of APIs, REST, JSON, databases, web applications, and software development workflows.
- Ability to work with developers and technical teams.
- Strong research and information-organization skills.
- Attention to detail and consistency.
- Familiarity with Markdown, Google Docs, Microsoft Office, or similar documentation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple documentation tasks and deadlines.

Positive to Have
- Experience writing API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI or Postman.
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub and documentation version control.
- Familiarity with documentation platforms such as Confluence, GitBook, Notion, or Docusaurus.
- Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, or other programming concepts.
- Experience writing developer-focused blogs and technical tutorials.
- Familiarity with SEO and technical content optimization.
- Experience working with SaaS, APIs, cloud platforms, or developer tools.

Experience 1–4 years of experience in technical writing, software documentation, content writing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹10,148.13 - ₹35,244.43 per month
