Discovery is our differentiator, and analysts run it: workshops with CXOs and shop-floor operators alike, process maps that survive contact with reality, and requirement documents written as testable statements. Your output becomes the contract between a client's problem and our engineering.

What you will do

- Plan and facilitate discovery workshops across client organisations
- Produce process maps, requirement registers, and scope documents engineers build from
- Bridge operators and architects — translate both directions without losing truth
- Support solution blueprints with business cases and phasing logic

What we are looking for

- 3+ years as a BA/consultant on software delivery projects
- Interview and facilitation craft — you get quiet operators talking
- Writing that engineers thank you for: precise, testable, exception-aware
- Comfort with data: you read a schema and query for evidence

Nice to have

- ERP/CRM domain depth
- BPMN or event-storming practice
- Pre-sales exposure
