nRole Summary

nWe are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to support travelers throughout their journey and ensure a seamless and high-quality travel experience. This role involves client communication, issue resolution, coordination, and maintaining service excellence at all stages of travel.

nKey Responsibilities
n

nAct as the primary point of contact for customers during their travel
nProactively engage with customers to ensure expectations are met
nIdentify, address, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
nProvide accurate destination information and relevant recommendations




nHandle emergency situations with professionalism and prompt action
nMonitor customer feedback and drive improvements in satisfaction
nCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of travel plans
nSupport travel logistics including transport, accommodation, and activities

nCandidate Profile

nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
nEffective problem-solving abilities with composure under pressure
nAbility to assess situations quickly and respond appropriately
nAdaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
nCollaborative team player
nWillingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

nWork Schedule

nRotational shifts and weekly offs
