Job DescriptionAbout the Role
NWe are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Business Head to lead Platos as a distinct business vertical within the Elior ecosystem, focused on food aggregation and technology-enabled solutions for institutional catering. The role will have end-to-end ownership of the business, including growth, customer relationships, operations, food partner network and team leadership.
NKey Responsibilities

- Own the strategy, growth and overall performance of the Platos vertical. N
- Lead and manage Sales, Operations, Customer Management and Food Partner/Supply relationships. N
- Drive new customer acquisition, strategic accounts and business expansion. N
- Build and strengthen a scalable network of food partners and catering operators. N
- Ensure strong operational delivery, customer satisfaction and retention. N
- Work closely with Product & Technology teams to translate customer and operational needs into technology solutions. N
- Identify opportunities to leverage Elior's capabilities,



relationships and scale to grow the business. N
- Build, mentor and lead a high-performing cross-functional team. N
- Own key business metrics including revenue, GMV, margins, growth and profitability. N

nIdeal Candidate

- n
- 10+ years of experience in business leadership, sales, operations or customer-facing roles. N
- Experience in institutional catering, food services, hospitality, facility management or food-tech is strongly preferred. N
- Proven experience leading sales/business development or customer-facing teams. N
- Robust commercial acumen and experience managing large enterprise customers. N
- Experience managing vendors, partners or supply networks is an advantage. N
- Entrepreneurial mindsetwith the ability to build and scale a business. N
- Strong communication, negotiation and people leadership skills. N
