We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to help us design and build innovative digital learning and eLearning solutions.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who understands both software engineering and digital learning. You should be comfortable designing architecture, evaluating technologies, working with developers, building prototypes, and speaking with clients about technical solutions.

You will work across eLearning, interactive content, web applications, accessibility, AI, automation, APIs, and learning platforms to create solutions that are scalable, reusable, efficient, and easy to maintain.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems and finding better ways to build and deliver digital learning products.

What You’ll DoArchitecture & Solution Design

- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures for eLearning and digital learning applications.
- Understand business and learning requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Select appropriate technologies, frameworks, APIs, databases, and integrations.
- Create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, prototypes, and effort estimates.
- Review existing applications and identify opportunities for modernization, optimization, and reuse.
- Provide technical guidance, conduct design/code reviews, and support development teams.

Full-Stack Development
- Bring solid hands-on experience across both front-end and back-end development.
- Work with technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or similar technologies.
- Design and integrate REST APIs, databases, authentication systems, cloud services, and third-party platforms.
- Follow modern development practices including Git, CI/CD, testing, code reviews, and deployment.
- Be able to step into development when required and guide the team through technical challenges.

Digital Learning & Interactive Content
- Design technical solutions for eLearning courses, assessments, simulations, games, interactive activities, multimedia, and web-based learning applications.
- Work with learning standards and integrations such as SCORM, xAPI, LTI, LMS, and LXP platforms.




- Build or guide the development of reusable frameworks for assessments, scoring, branching scenarios, simulations, progress tracking, and interactive experiences.
- Design and develop custom HTML5/web players for video, audio, animation, and interactive learning content.
- Experience with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools is an advantage.

AI & Automation A key part of this role will be identifying where AI and automation can improve the way digital learning content is created, tested, delivered, and maintained.

You will

- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive development and content-production tasks.
- Design AI-assisted workflows for content transformation, metadata generation, assessment creation, accessibility, QA, localization, asset processing, and reporting.
- Work with Generative AI, LLMs, AI APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, and workflow automation where appropriate.
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate current ideas.
- Design human-in-the-loop workflows where AI supports experts while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Evaluate AI tools and technologies and determine where they can provide genuine productivity or cost benefits.

Accessibility

Accessibility is an important part of our digital learning solutions.

You should have a strong practical understanding of:

- WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 AA
- Semantic HTML and accessible component development
- ARIA
- Keyboard navigation and focus management
- Screen readers
- Accessible forms and interactive elements
- Color and contrast requirements
- Accessible multimedia and learning content

Knowledge of Section 508, PDF/UA, and VPAT/ACR is an advantage.

Client & Pre-Sales Support

You will also have opportunities to work directly with clients and support business development activities.





Responsibilities may include

- Participating in client discovery meetings and technical workshops.
- Understanding client requirements and proposing appropriate technical solutions.
- Supporting RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and technical responses.
- Preparing solution approaches, architecture diagrams, technical assumptions, implementation plans, and estimates.
- Presenting technical solutions to clients and internal teams.
- Helping evaluate the right balance between functionality, accessibility, quality, timeline, scalability, automation, and cost.

What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of software development experience, with significant experience in technical or solution architecture.
- Strong hands-on full-stack development experience.
- Experience working on eLearning, digital learning, EdTech, publishing, or content-centric applications.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture, APIs, databases, cloud services, and system integrations.
- Experience with interactive learning, games, simulations, assessments, multimedia, or similar digital experiences.
- Practical experience with automation and AI-assisted development or workflows.
- Strong understanding of WCAG and accessibility-by-design.
- Working knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, LMS/LXP integrations, or similar learning technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently as well as guiding development teams.

- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Python for automation, data processing, or AI workflows
- OpenAI or other LLM/Generative AI APIs
- Docker, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native development

Pay: ₹911,399.31 - ₹1,655,229.72 per year
