PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead recruitment for consultants, software developers, and other roles based on current and forecasted company business needs.

- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines; coordinate screening, interviews, selection, offers, onboarding, and recruitment follow-up.

- Partner directly with Don Matias, COO, and company leadership team to translate business priorities into practical hiring, staffing, and workforce plans.

- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, workplace matters, and general people operations.

- Create explicit HR processes, performance expectations, reporting routines, and accountability practices that help teams operate consistently and professionally.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- At least 7 years of technical recruiting experience.

- At least 2 years recruiting AI, machine-learning,



data or GenAI engineers.

- Experience with Indian contract staffing or international remote hiring.

- Previous placements of senior, lead or staff-level engineers.

- Strong spoken and written English.

- Experience handling compensation, notice periods, counteroffers and contractor availability.

- Working knowledge of AI engineering categories: LLM/GenAI, RAG, agents, ML engineering, MLOps, data engineering, computer vision and NLP.

- Experience sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Hugging Face, Kaggle and specialist technical communities.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU

- $800 ~ $1000 per month as base salary

- Bonus pay ment of $50 ~ $100 per each successful hire
