What you will do

- Apply expert knowledge to provide high-level and low-level design

- Apply expert knowledge to develop application software using the Ruby/Rust language

- Design and develop modular applications and libraries

- Engage actively with scrum teams and drive multiple module development in the scrum team

- Lead the team members to achieve shared sprint goals

- Analyse, recreate, and resolve defects effectively

- Identify and suggest improvements for products and their quality

- Guide peers

- Work on new product development, new technology initiatives, ideation activities & productivity improvements

What you will bring:

- Must have at least a B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.

- Experience of 7-9 years in development, coding, unit testing, and debugging software.

- Must be strong in programming with Ruby/Rust

- Familiarity with OOAD

- Experience with Agile Development Practices and Embedded Systems is desirable

- Familiarity with SQL and RDBMS is desirable





- Familiarity with Linux OS is desirable

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines is desirable

- Familiarity with other programming languages like Go, Java, etc. is an added advantage

- Familiarity with Google Protocol Buffers is an added advantage

- Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience working with remote teams located in multiple geographic locations
