We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with robust expertise in Python and Java to lead the design and development of scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Django, cloud platforms, and modern AI technologies while mentoring development teams and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications.
- Provide technical leadership to the engineering team and guide best coding practices.
- Develop backend services using Python (Django) and Java (Spring Boot) frameworks.
- Work closely with product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker.
- Build and deploy applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
- Design and integrate AI/ML solutions, LLM-based applications,



and AI agents where required.
- Ensure system performance, security, and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Python and Java development.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Django frameworks.
- Experience with Docker and containerization.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms AWS or GCP.
- Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, and AI Agents.
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in building AI-driven or cloud-native applications.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and REST APIs.
- Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
