Hiring for a Client - Eureka Digitisation & Automation Services (eDAS)

About the Role

We’re building an AI-native omnichannel dialer platform that is transforming how businesses engage with customers. As a Tech Lead , you’ll own architecture, guide engineering teams, and drive the development of scalable, secure and high-performance SaaS solutions.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the design and development of an AI-powered omnichannel dialer platform.
- Architect and build scalable SaaS applications using up-to-date full-stack and cloud technologies.
- Drive integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho and ensure compliance with DNC, GDPR and TCPA requirements.
- Build real-time monitoring, analytics and reporting dashboards for managers and supervisors.
- Drive DevOps and engineering excellence through CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and automated testing.
- Mentor developers, establish coding standards and lead Agile sprint delivery .
- Collaborate with Product, AI and Telephony teams to deliver innovative customer engagement capabilities.

Ideal Candidate





- 7+ years of overall software development experience with strong backend/full-stack expertise.
- 3+ years of recent experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, React.js, JavaScript and TypeScript .
- Proven experience building scalable full-stack applications .
- Strong experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ .
- Experience designing and architecting SaaS applications on AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Hands-on expertise in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub/GitLab and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong database experience with PostgreSQL and either MongoDB or Redis .
- Delhi NCR-based candidates only.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be highly preferred.

Good to Have

- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho , omnichannel platforms, contact centers or dialer products.
- Exposure to Asterisk, Kamailio, FreeSWITCH, SIP, WebRTC or autodialer platforms.
- Experience with AI/ML, NLP, Speech-to-Text, LLMs, speech analytics or AI-powered customer engagement products.
