Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead / Delivery Lead to join our offshore team and drive the SEIBI project, which involves upgrading .NET/Java applications, Oracle databases, and server infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in .NET, Java, and Oracle technologies, along with proven experience leading technical projects and strong leadership and communication skills.

This role will be responsible for planning, managing, coordinating, and executing the upgrade process to ensure a seamless transition with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Execution

- Oversee the upgrade and migration of server infrastructure supporting .NET and Java applications and Oracle databases.
- Supervise and execute comprehensive unit, integration, regression, and performance testing throughout the upgrade process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising during the upgrade and migration activities.

Team Management

- Guide and mentor offshore team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project milestones and timelines.

Stakeholder Communication

- Act as the primary technical point of contact, coordinating with PMOs, developers, DBAs, system administrators, and business stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, progress, and outcomes to leadership and relevant teams.

Quality Compliance

- Ensure all upgrades meet organizational security, compliance,



and performance standards.
- Implement and validate backup, rollback, and disaster recovery plans before and after the upgrade.

Technical Skills - Mandatory

- Proven experience as a Tech Lead managing server upgrade projects involving .NET, Java, and Oracle environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET/Java (Framework/Core) and Oracle databases.
- Experience with Windows server administration, virtualization, and cloud or on-premises environments.
- Proficiency in project management and technical documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust leadership, team coordination, and delivery management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Node.js.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of IT security standards, compliance, and best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in relevant technologies such as Microsoft .NET, Oracle, AWS, or Azure are preferred.
