Key Responsibilities

Release & Workplace Management

- Manage release-related activities across PLM environments, including production, pre-production, training, migration, test, and lower environments.
- Plan and coordinate cloning activities from production to lower environments as per project and release requirements.
- Support upgrade-related activities, patch updates, and environment readiness for OnePLM and GPH servers.
- Coordinate release planning with Tech, Infra, AMS, Migration, Rollouts, and other involved teams based on release scope and business timelines.
- Maintain and update release planning details, dependencies, and related work items in Azure Boards.
- Server Validation & Weekend Release Support Support weekend production release and IT patch weekend activities, including downtime communication, server restart coordination, and post-restart validations.
- Prepare and share downtime notifications with Business Units and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide required KB notes or restart instructions to the IT team for planned server reboot activities.
- Validate all PLM servers after restart by checking application availability, services, login access, integrations, and overall environment health.
- Perform manual service restarts, cache clearing, and basic corrective actions wherever required during validations.
- Capture validation evidence such as screenshots and Excel-based validation results and upload them to the shared location for review by POs and managers.
- Database, Data Refresh & Infrastructure Coordination Coordinate with IT and IM teams for database sync, data refresh, server space, network, login, slowness, and training environment issues.
- Raise and follow up on required tickets for data refresh,



infrastructure issues, server- related requests, and vulnerability fixes.
- Work with the IM team for space, network, and environment-related issues impacting PLM servers.
- Coordinate with the Citrix team for release-related deployments involving JAR files, DLLs, and other application components across business units.
- Application & Technical Support Support Teamcenter-related server activities, including installation, upgrade assistance, and environment readiness based on release or project requirements.
- Internal - General
- Use
- Support CAD-related installations and upgrades on servers as per instructions from the respective application or technical teams.
- Assist with build automation and pipeline-related requirements in Azure by coordinating with relevant teams and installing required components where needed.
- Provide server-related inputs and support for log streaming or Logstash-related activities, including deployment support and basic validation.
- Vulnerability & Compliance Support Raise tickets and coordinate with IT teams for vulnerability fixes related to the PLM server landscape.
- Follow up on vulnerability remediation activities and ensure required fixes are tracked and progressed.
- Stakeholder & Process Coordination Coordinate with Product Owners, Tech, Infra, AMS, Migration, Rollout, IT, IM, Citrix, and other internal teams for release and environment-related activities.
- Route direct customer or business user queries through the appropriate AMS/support process and help internal teams with server-side requirements when needed.
- Create user stories or work items for release-related activities and inform relevant teams in advance for planning and execution.
- Ensure proper communication, planning, and coordination during major releases, patch weekends, data refreshes, and environment changes.
