Education: 15 Years Full-Time Education ctc 23 lpaWe are looking for an experienced Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), core HR processes and AI-assisted delivery practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design, configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions
- Translate HR requirements into scalable EC configurations covering employee data, org structures and workflows
- Handle enhancements, releases, testing, data migration and production support
- Use AI copilots/GenAI tools for requirements analysis, configuration validation, documentation, testing and defect resolution




- Integrate EC with other SuccessFactors modules and enterprise systems
- Collaborate with HR, IT, payroll, data and analytics teams
- Ensure data privacy, security, SDLC and responsible AI compliance

? MUST-HAVE SKILLS

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration & delivery
- Strong core HR processes and data model knowledge
- AI-assisted tools/copilots for delivery, analysis or documentation
- HR solution design aligned with business outcomes
- Solid stakeholder communication
