Purpose of the Role

1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of mechatronic hardware systems for our products
2. Lead the team in delivering robust, efficient, and reliable hardware solutions that meet product specifications and market requirements

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

- Adopting and applying appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure project plan are maintained effectively, ensuring awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects
- Identification of cost reduction methodologies
- Review and clarify the Hardware Requirements Specification (HRS) with the application team, ensuring alignment with project goals throughout the development lifecycle
- Ensure reliable Electrical/ Embedded hardware system for the requirements received from application team
- Review and ensure timely delivery of quality design documents
- Responsible for follow up of hardware components procurement with SCM
- Planning,



management and co-ordination of projects in order to meet the required project specifications and objectives
- Keep close control of project scope. Identify and address scope changes at the earliest chance
- Assist with the progress chasing and expediting of supplier and deliveries
- Identify potential areas of hardware innovations
- Conduct lessons learned activities throughout the project lifecycle and lead the implementation of improvements
- Responsible for managing and mentoring a team of engineers-provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team success.
- Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of each team member, effectively allocate resources and assign tasks that align with individual skills and expertise
