Role: Team Leader / Business Development & Promotion

Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve business targets.

Handle day-to-day team operations and coordinate team activities.

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular guidance and support.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Plan and execute online and offline business promotion activities.

Promote products/services through social media, digital platforms, field activities, events, and direct marketing.

Generate recent leads and support customer acquisition.

Track sales and promotional performance and prepare regular reports.

Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Coordinate with management to implement business strategies and achieve growth objectives.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
