About the Role

We are hiring Team Managers for Kolkata location. The role involves leading a manpower acquisition team, managing recruitment and onboarding targets, monitoring performance, improving lead generation and conversion, and coaching team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the manpower acquisition team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Plan and execute strategies for sourcing and onboarding potential resources.
- Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, conversions and team performance.
- Guide team members in prospecting, calling, objection handling and conversion.
- Conduct regular team reviews, performance evaluations and target tracking.
- Train, coach and motivate Recruitment Executives to improve productivity.
- Develop lead generation through references, databases, digital platforms and networking.
- Coordinate documentation, training, examination and licensing processes, wherever applicable.
- Analyse recruitment funnel data and identify gaps to improve conversion.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business targets and support continuous growth.
- Suggest suitable target segments to the backend team for effective data sourcing.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Preferably graduated between 2021 and 2026.
- Bengali, English and Hindi communication skills preferred.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, Google Calendar and email drafting.
- Strong team leadership and people management skills.
- Strong sales and business development ability.
- Good manpower acquisition and lead generation skills.
- Strong target management and performance monitoring ability.
- Positive coaching,



training and motivation skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in man-management/team handling.
- Experience handling a Tele Marketing Executive team or Recruitment team is preferred.
- No upper limit on relevant experience.
- Similar-role experience is preferred, preferably in the BFSI industry.
- A suitable junior-level profile with an aggressive, target-oriented approach and potential for next-level responsibility may also be considered.
- Experienced candidates must provide valid documentary evidence/supporting documents for previous employment.

Work Arrangement

Full-Time, Hybrid The hybrid work arrangement may include occasional field visits depending on business requirements.

Candidate Preference

Kolkata and nearby candidates are preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
