We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant / Finance Analyst to drive our core accounting operations and financial analysis functions. In this role, you will end-to-end manage Accounts Payable and Receivable, oversee GST/TDS compliance, execute bank reconciliations, and drive critical process automations. /n Key Responsibilities - /n Accounts Payable & Receivable /n /n

- Manage invoice checking, vendor payouts, GST/TDS compliance, and statutory payments.

/n

- Generate sales invoices and manage receivables.

/n

- Handle BC payouts, CBC payouts, and manual payments as required.

/n

- Preparation of provisions/accruals & post accounting entries.

/n

- Prepare related MIS, dashboards, and data submissions.

/n /n Financial Analysis /n /n

- Prepare operating profit and loss.

/n

- Perform trend and variance analysis.

/n





- Maintain GL accounts.

/n

- Reconcile Finance GLs, BRS, and maintain aging reports.

/n

- Handle MIS reporting.

/n /n Other Activities /n /n

- Manage automations, process improvements, and documentation.

/n

- Support data extraction and preparation for balance sheets & P/L schedules, audits and other purposes.

/n

- Coordinate with business & banks for the issuance of bank guarantees.

/n

- Undertake other related activities and tasks assigned from time to time.

/n /n Qualification Required : CA Inter, M.Com, or B.Com /n Experience: 4–5 years in accounting, taxation, accounts payable, financial analysis etc.
