Position - TL Location- Noida , Delhi Contact -Lucky- (phone hidden) Preferred candidate background: Candidates from the Paint Industry will be preferred, with a valuable understanding of paint products, application and technical aspects. Candidates from the Building Materials Industry can also be considered, specifically from: Paint Adhesives Tiles Waterproofing ( Plumbing profiles will not be considered) Candidates should ideally have experience in After-Sales Service / Technical Service .

Experience: 1 years of relevant experience. The candidate should have experience in training contractors , including both trained and untrained contractors. Candidates should be comfortable conducting technical/product training in groups or batches . The role will also involve quality checks/inspections across different locations , along with regular field visits.

Education: 12th pass and above with relevant experience can be considered. The position will be an Individual Contributor (IC) role and will report to the ASM . There will be no direct team handling.

Working Days: 6 days a week.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; working hours may extend depending on business requirements.
