Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Client Servicing Executive with a strong background in the advertising industry to manage client relationships and ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Key Responsibilities - Handle day-to-day client communication and servicing. - Understand client requirements and convert briefs into clear instructions for internal teams. - Coordinate with creative, digital, media, and production teams. - Manage campaign execution from brief to final delivery. - Ensure projects are delivered on time and with the required quality. - Conduct client meetings and presentations when required. - Handle client follow-ups, feedback, revisions, and approvals. - Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently. - Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients. - Stay updated with advertising, branding, digital marketing, and market trends. - Support client-focused and sales-oriented business strategy planning.



Requirements - 2–5 years of experience in an advertising agency is mandatory. - Strong experience in client servicing. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Solid presentation and negotiation skills. - Good understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns. - Strong coordination, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. - Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines. - MBA or Master’s in English will be an added advantage. - Candidates with excellent communication and client-handling skills are preferred.
