Roles & Responsibilities –

· Oversee day to day operation while creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

· Monitor team performance, report on metrics and motivate team members

· Coordinate with internal departments and external teams for daily operations

· Ability to drive new processes & seek improvement, discover training needs & provide coaching

Requirement -

· Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills

· Experience needed: 4+ years of work experience; B2C sales experience will be preferred

· Adaptable with work shifts

· Proficient in MS Office

· Must be self-motivated and able to multitask

· Team Handling experience is a must

· FinTech experience will be appreciated.
