Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, guide and motivate Sales Executives to achieve monthly targets.

- Monitor enquiries, leads, follow-ups, test drives, bookings and deliveries.

- Allocate leads and ensure timely customer follow-up.

- Support the team in negotiations and deal closures.

- Conduct daily team briefings and review individual/team performance.

- Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques and dealership processes.

- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, CRM and Delivery teams.

- Handle customer escalations and improve customer satisfaction.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS and performance reports.

- Ensure adherence to dealership processes, OEM standards and documentation requirements

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
