We are looking for a responsible and motivated Team Leader to supervise the team, manage daily operations, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members
- Monitor daily sales and achieve targets
- Allocate tasks and manage staff schedules
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Maintain service and outlet standards
- Report daily performance to management
Requirements:
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Team management and problem-solving abilities
- Target-oriented approach
- Retail/sales experience preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
