Role Description: The Team Lead – US Accounting is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role oversees day-to-day accounting operations for US-based clients, including managing bookkeeping activities, reviewing financial statements, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

The Team

Lead will supervise and mentor accounting team members, allocate and review work, and support process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities also include coordinating with clients, resolving accounting issues, ensuring compliance with relevant US accounting standards, and supporting tax preparation-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications





- The team m e mber we need should be either a Chartered Accountant or an Inter CA dropout. We will reject candidates pursuing Chartered Accountancy who need exam leave.
- Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in US accounting and 1 year of experience as a Team Lead.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear client communication and documentation.
- Should be comfortable working in US time zones.

- Strong Accounting and Finance knowledge, with practical experience in managing end-to-end accounting processes.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for US-based clients.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and identify variances or trends.

- Experience leading or supervising accounting teams, with the ability to guide, train, and review team output.
- Familiarity with US GAAP and common US accounting and tax practices is highly beneficial.
- Advanced proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including use of formulas and financial analysis tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear client communication and documentation.
