Location: Thane

Working days: 6 days working | 1 week-offs

Shift: Day Shift

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Should have experience in any 1 domain Banking, BFSI, Sales, Collection.
- Manage daily operations of the team, ensuring effective handling of customer queries and issues.
- Knowledge and understanding of NPS & BQM
- Oversee shrinkage management to minimize losses and optimize productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce attrition rates through effective employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure seamless escalation processes for complex cases and maintain high levels of CSAT (Customer Satisfaction).
- Monitor KPIs such as AHT, SLA, and rostering to ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

- At least 1 year experience as a Team Lead on paper
- Excellent communication skills
