Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Tekla to lead our team working on AISC-based structural steel projects . The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tekla Structures, along with proven experience in leading teams and delivering projects within timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Tekla modelling team for AISC projects.
- Review and monitor project deliverables, timelines, and quality.
- Guide team members on modelling standards, project requirements, and best practices.
- Review Tekla models, drawings, and fabrication-related deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to resolve technical and project-related issues.
- Allocate work, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Support team members in technical problem-solving and provide necessary guidance.
- Ensure compliance with AISC standards,
client requirements, and project specifications .
- Conduct regular quality checks and support continuous improvement within the team.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior and experienced Tekla professionals.
Required Skills & Experience
- 13+ years of relevant experience in Tekla Structures.
- Strong experience in AISC / structural steel projects .
- Proven experience in team leadership and people management .
- Strong knowledge of structural steel detailing and fabrication drawings.
- Positive understanding of AISC standards and project requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
