## Responsibilities Lead a team of up to 10 developers, setting explicit goals and maintaining project focus.

Oversee project planning, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product owners, and stakeholders.

Conduct regular check-ins, provide feedback, and support team development and performance.

Ensure high standards in code quality, scalability, and project outcomes.

Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, removing roadblocks, and keeping projects on track. ## What We’re Looking For Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading small to medium-sized teams,



with a strong ability to motivate and align teams toward common goals.

Project Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and experience in managing complex, deadline-driven projects.

Technical Background: Experience in software development or engineering, with an understanding of development processes and tools.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a client-centric approach.

Goal-Oriented: Skilled in setting, tracking, and achieving project goals, with a focus on delivering results that align with client expectations. ## Bonus Skills Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master).

Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello).
