Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do): - Lead and manage the mid-market team to achieve business goals - Oversee the merchant acquisition process, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for market growth - Monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Qualifications (What You'll Bring): - A minimum of 2 years of experience in a team leadership role, with a maximum of 8 years - Proven skills in team handling, merchant acquisition, and merchant onboarding - Experience with EDC Merchant is a must - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and organizational abilities - Degree in Business, Marketing,
