Job Title & Introduction: Team Lead - Mid Market, Pune With 5-9 years of experience, we are looking for a dynamic, growth-oriented Team Lead to join our Mid Market division in Pune. Your primary responsibilities will be field sales, team handling, EDC machine selling, merchant onboarding and new client acquisition. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, driving digital transformation for our clients in sectors like banking, manufacturing, and retail. Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do): - Spearhead field sales initiatives and drive performance metrics.

- Manage and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
- Oversee the selling of EDC machines, ensuring optimal client satisfaction.
- Facilitate merchant onboarding, while also focusing on new client acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets and objectives.
- Report performance metrics and provide strategic insights to senior management.
