Abhijith Preman & Co. LLP is a Chartered Accountancy and transaction advisory firm with offices in Bengaluru, Kochi and Calicut. We work with growth-stage startups and SMEs on Virtual CFO services, audit, compliance, financial modelling, due diligence, and fundraising.

We are hiring a Team Lead for our Kochi branch.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience

Location: Kochi

CTC: Up to 12 LPA

What you will do

- Lead the Kochi team: plan, allocate and coordinate all client work
- Review deliverables before they go to the Partner or the client
- Train and support junior team members and articles
- Coordinate with the Partner on engagement status, scope and escalations
- Own client relationships: manage expectations, timelines and communication
- Own the profitability of the Kochi branch:



billing, recovery, utilisation
- Ensure every allocated engagement is completed correctly and on time

What we are looking for

- Strong working knowledge of accounting, audit, income tax and GST
- Prior experience in financial modelling, due diligence or pitch decks is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Excel is a must
- Solid communication and people-management skills
- Comfortable reviewing others' work and taking ownership of the output
