Role Overview

Fluidline Systems is looking for an experienced Team Lead with a strong background in the manufacturing industry to supervise day-to-day team activities, ensure achievement of production and operational targets, maintain quality standards, and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in a manufacturing workplace and should be capable of managing shop-floor teams, coordinating with different departments, resolving operational issues, and ensuring that production commitments are achieved safely and efficiently.

Prior experience in a manufacturing / engineering company is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a team involved in manufacturing, production, assembly or related operational activities.
- Plan and allocate daily work based on production priorities, manpower availability and delivery schedules.
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly production targets are achieved.
- Monitor team productivity, output, rejection rates, downtime and overall operational performance.
- Ensure manufacturing activities are carried out according to approved processes, drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Purchase, Maintenance, Planning and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.




- Conduct daily team meetings and communicate production priorities, quality concerns and operational requirements.
- Monitor shop-floor activities and identify production bottlenecks or process-related issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of production and quality problems.
- Maintain discipline, attendance and productivity within the assigned team.
- Train, guide and mentor operators, technicians and junior team members.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, tools and materials.
- Monitor rejection, rework, scrap and wastage and take corrective action wherever required.
- Participate in root-cause analysis and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and productivity improvement.
- Ensure machines, equipment, tools and workstations are maintained in proper working condition.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and customer delivery commitments.
- Maintain required production records, reports, checklists and shift-related documentation.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with Stores/Purchase to avoid material shortages affecting production.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, PPE requirements and manufacturing safety procedures.
- Support management in achieving departmental KPIs related to productivity, quality, cost, delivery and safety.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
