Role Overview

We are looking for a Team Leader – DLP to lead the counselling/sales team and drive admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

●Build and maintain partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutes.

●Develop strong relationships with partner institutions.

●Promote online and distance learning programs offered by partner institutes.

●Counsel students on suitable courses, eligibility, and admission procedures.

●Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.

●Coordinate with partner institutes for smooth promotion and admission processes.

●Achieve assigned admission and sales targets.





●Lead and motivate the DLP counselling/sales team.

●Achieve admission targets and monitor team performance.

●Guide counsellors on follow-ups and conversions.

●Handle escalations and prepare performance reports.

Candidate Profile:

■2–7 years of experience in sales, counselling, admissions, or EdTech.

■Team-handling experience preferred.

■Strong communication and leadership skills.

■Target-oriented and valuable at team management.

Working Details:

Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

- Weekly Off: All Sundays
