nKey Responsibilities:

nCreate and develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed plans.
nCollaborate with clients to understand project requirements and preferences.
nPrepare working drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications.
nCoordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors during project execution.
nEnsure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability guidelines.
nSelect suitable materials and finishes in line with project themes.




nConduct site visits to ensure adherence to approved designs.

nQualifications:
n

nBachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
nLicensed architect with relevant certifications preferred.
n37 years of qualified architectural experience.
nProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related design tools.
nStrong creativity, visualization, and presentation skills.
nExcellent communication and project management abilities.
