Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Curriculum Reviewer / Teacher for a 1-month freelance opportunity. The selected candidate will be required to dedicate approximately 6–7 hours per day to reviewing and providing expert inputs on curriculum and educational content developed for children aged 2–6 years.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in early childhood education/teaching and a good understanding of children's developmental needs, learning patterns, and age-appropriate educational activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Review curriculum, lesson plans, activities, stories, and educational content designed for children aged 2–6 years.
- Ensure the content is age-appropriate, engaging, educational, and aligned with children's developmental stages.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve the curriculum.
- Review content related to character development, empathy, kindness, confidence, resilience, emotional intelligence, and social skills.
- Suggest new ideas and activities that can support children's overall development.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or areas requiring improvement in the existing curriculum.
- Ensure learning objectives and activities are suitable for the targeted age groups.




- Work closely with the content and product teams to refine and improve educational material.
- Evaluate whether activities are practical, engaging, and suitable for young children.
- Ensure the overall learning experience is child-friendly and developmentally appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a Teacher, Preschool Teacher, Curriculum Developer, Curriculum Reviewer, Academic Coordinator, or similar role.
- Experience working with children in the 2–6 years age group is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and learning methodologies.
- Good knowledge of curriculum development and educational content.
- Ability to critically review content and provide clear, practical feedback.
- Creative approach toward developing age-appropriate activities and learning ideas.
- Good understanding of social-emotional learning and character development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in Preschool, Kindergarten, Early Childhood Education, or Curriculum Development.
- Previous experience reviewing or designing educational content.
- Experience with EdTech products or digital learning platforms will be an added advantage.
