Role Azure Network Service Engineer

Must-

Have • Architect and design Azure Virtual Networks, subnets, and network security groups (NSGs) based on organizational and application requirements.

• Deploy and configure Azure Virtual Networks, VPN connections, ExpressRoute, and other network components.

• Implement and manage Azure Firewall, Azure Bastion, and other network security features.

• Optimize network performance through productive routing, load balancing, and bandwidth management.

• Implement Azure Traffic Manager for optimal distribution of traffic across multiple regions.

• Enforce security best practices and compliance standards within Azure network configurations.

• Implement and manage security features such as Azure DDoS Protection and threat detection.

• Utilize Azure Monitor and Network Watcher for monitoring network performance.

• Troubleshoot network-related issues and implement corrective actions.

• Collaborate with other IT teams, including security, operations, and applications, to ensure seamless integration of network services.

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of Azure network architectures, configurations, and changes.

• Create and update network diagrams and standard operating procedures.





• Stay updated on the latest Azure networking features, updates, and best practices.

• Obtain relevant Azure certifications to enhance expertise.

Have • Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer with a focus on Azure Network Services.

• In-depth knowledge of Azure networking components, including Virtual Networks, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, and Azure Firewall.

• Hands-on experience with Azure monitoring and security tools.

• Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and load balancing.

• Familiarity with automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or similar.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent
