Discover the Role The eInvoicing Indirect Tax Product Manager is responsible for shaping, delivering, and continuously improving TMFs indirect tax and eInvoicing product offerings. This role ensures that solutions remain compliant with evolving regulations, align with market needs, and provide an exceptional client experience. The position works closely with technology, business, tax, and external partners to drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the product strategy by monitoring industry trends, regulatory changes, and customer needs.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that maximize business value and client outcomes.
- Evaluate and drive technology decisions, including build-versus-buy assessments and vendor selection.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights,



translating them into product requirements, user stories, and enhancements.
- Lead product delivery within Agile frameworks, ensuring successful implementation and high-quality releases.
- Oversee third-party vendor relationships, integrations, and platform improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and compliance functions.
- Define and monitor product performance metrics, including adoption, compliance accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and innovation.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a client-facing environment.
- Strong expertise in eInvoicing , indirect tax technology , or finance transformation solutions.
- Experience delivering and managing global, multi-country implementations .
- Solid understanding of Agile product delivery methodologies .
- Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Experience managing third-party technology vendors and enterprise integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and improving product performance.
