About the Role

We are looking for a Tamil Organic Marketing Lead to build and grow our organic presence across Tamil-speaking audiences. This role sits at the intersection of culture, content, community and growth. You will own the Tamil organic content strategy, identify what resonates with the audience, and turn cultural insights intocontent that people want to watch, share and talk about.

What You'll Own

- Tamil organic strategy: Build and execute the organic marketing strategy across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
- Content direction: Develop content pillars, formats, series and campaigns that feel native to Tamil internet culture rather than translated marketing.
- Cultural insight: Stay deeply plugged into Tamil cinema, memes, conversations, creators, trends and audience behaviour to identify content opportunities early.
- Growth: Drive reach, engagement, followers, shares, saves, community growth and meaningful brand discovery through organic channels.
- Content execution: Work closely with writers, designers, editors,



creators and subject-matter experts to take ideas from concept to publish-ready content.
- Community: Build an active relationship with the Tamil audience through comments, conversations, collaborations and community-led content.
- Performance: Track content performance, identify patterns and continuously improve the strategy based on data and audience response.
- Campaigns & collaborations: Develop creator collaborations, topical campaigns and culturally relevant activations that can earn organic attention.

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in organic marketing, social media, content marketing, community or a closely related role.
- Strong understanding of Tamil language, culture and digital audience behaviour.
- Excellent Tamil copywriting and communication skills, with strong English communication skills.
- A sharp instinct for what will make people stop scrolling, share something with a friend or start aconversation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and social-media content formats and algorithms.
- Comfortable using content analytics and performance data to make decisions.
- Ability to lead projects independently while working closely with creative and cross-functional teams.
- High curiosity,



strong cultural awareness and the ability to turn everyday observations into content ideas.

Nice to Have

- Experience building a regional-language brand or community from the ground up.
- Experience with creator/influencer marketing and collaborations.
- Experience in healthcare, mental health, consumer internet, education or other high-trust categories.
- A robust personal understanding of Tamil social-media culture and creator ecosystems.
