Job Title: Tally Caller – Loan Services Job Role: We are looking for a Tally Caller who can handle customer calling and coordination for Secured & Unsecured Loan/Funding Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to existing and prospective customers regarding loan/funding requirements.
- Understand customer requirements for Business Loan, Personal Loan, LAP, Home Loan, Commercial Property Loan, etc.
- Explain suitable loan products and basic eligibility criteria.
- Collect and verify basic customer and financial information.
- Coordinate with the sales/credit team for further processing.
- Follow up with customers regarding documents, applications and loan status.
- Maintain customer and lead records in Tally/Excel/CRM.
- Generate and follow up on leads regularly.
- Achieve monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Required Skills
- Positive communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati & English.
- Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services.
- Tally/Excel/CRM knowledge preferred.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred in Banking, Finance, DSA, Loan, Insurance or Telecalling.
