We’re hiring a Talent & People Lead at ORGIN.

This is not a conventional HR role.

We’re building an AI filmmaking studio and need someone who can take complete ownership of finding, evaluating and closing the people who will build it with us.

You’ll own hiring end to end.

From understanding what kind of person a role actually needs, to finding them, reaching out, screening them, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers and making sure they actually join.

What you’ll own

- Talent scouting and sourcing
- Writing and publishing job openings
- LinkedIn, referrals, communities and direct outreach
- Portfolio and resume screening
- First-round interviews
- Candidate pipeline management
- Interview coordination
- Offer negotiation and closures
- Joining follow-ups
- Onboarding and documentation
- Building a long-term talent pipeline for ORGIN
- Basic people operations as the team grows

We’ll be hiring across roles like:

Filmmakers

Editors

Production Assistants

Creative Producers

Writers

Designers





Operations and other creative and production roles.

Who we’re looking for

Someone who is resourceful, persuasive and relentless about finding valuable people. Someone who doesn’t wait for applications to arrive. You should be comfortable discovering talent, starting conversations with strangers, judging people beyond their resumes and convincing strong candidates why ORGIN is worth betting their career on.

Startup, recruitment agency, talent acquisition or creative-industry hiring experience is a strong advantage.

But hunger and judgment matter more to us than a fancy HR title.

What success looks like

You don’t send us 100 resumes.

You bring us the right 10 people .

And eventually, you build a hiring engine that keeps ORGIN surrounded by exceptional talent before we even need to ask for it.
