About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Manager who understands creators, content, brands, and the quick-moving world of influencer marketing. You’ll be responsible for managing a roster of creators end-to-end from building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to negotiating deals, coordinating campaigns, and helping talent grow commercially and creatively. This role is ideal for someone who is people-first, commercially sharp, highly organised, and genuinely plugged into creator culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and build strong day-to-day relationships with assigned creators/influencers.
- Act as the primary point of contact between talent, brands, agencies, and internal teams.
- Identify and pitch relevant brand collaborations, campaigns, events, appearances, and long-term partnerships for talent.
- Understand each creator’s content style, audience, positioning, commercial potential, and career goals.
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, exclusivity and other campaign requirements.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end — briefing → negotiation → content coordination → approvals → posting → closure.
- Ensure creators understand briefs clearly while protecting their authenticity and personal brand.
- Proactively follow up with brands/agencies and maintain a healthy opportunity and revenue pipeline.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, contracts, campaign status and payments.
- Identify opportunities to grow creators beyond one-off campaigns through ambassadorships, IPs, events, collaborations and long-term brand associations.
- Stay updated on social media trends, emerging creators, platform changes, viral formats and brand activity.
- Handle last-minute campaign changes, creator concerns and brand escalations with speed and professionalism.
- Work closely with sales, campaign management, finance and leadership teams.
- Take ownership of the commercial growth and overall management of assigned talent.
You’ll Be Great at This Role If… You can talk to a creator like a trusted partner, negotiate with a brand like a businessperson, manage a campaign like a project manager, and spot an opportunity before somebody has to point it out. You’re not just managing creators. You’re helping build careers
