Skills (Must Have):

1. Currently pursuing MBA/PGDM with a specialization in Human Resources (or related field); 0-18 months of prior work/internship experience preferred but not mandatory.
2. Genuine interest in IT/technical recruitment software development, cloud computing, data engineering, DevOps, etc.
3. Basic understanding of IT technologies, tools, and terminologies, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
4. Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn, and sourcing platforms is a plus; willingness to learn these tools is essential.
5. Positive verbal and written communication skills.
6. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and coordinate with different stakeholders.
7. Basic ability to screen resumes and match candidates to job requirements, with guidance from senior recruiters.
8. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Support the recruitment lifecycle for IT roles from sourcing to scheduling to coordinating onboarding under the guidance of senior recruiters.
2.



Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
3. Help coordinate with hiring managers to understand basic job requirements and assist in drafting job descriptions.
4. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability and communication skills.
5. Support the offer and onboarding process, including documentation and follow-ups.
6. Stay curious about industry hiring trends and recruitment tools by researching and learning from the team.
7. Assist in promoting the company's employer brand through social media and campus/community engagement.
8. Help build and maintain a database of pre-screened candidates for future hiring needs.
9. Ensure all recruitment activities align with company policies under supervision.
10. Apply academic learnings in HR/OB/Talent Management to real-world recruitment scenarios as part of the internship's learning objectives.
