Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions within the renewable energy industry, including lateral hiring and volume hiring.

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent from various sources, such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.

- Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement in the recruitment process.

- 3-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with significant exposure to Renewable Energy, Power, EPC, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, or Engineering sectors.

- Proven experience in hiring across technical and leadership positions.

- Strong understanding of renewable energy functions including Project Development, Engineering, Construction, O&M;, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Corporate functions.

- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, employee referrals, and market mapping.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.





- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.

- Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a quick-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
