- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for multiple retail positions.
- Work closely with business teams to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in bulk retail hiring.
- Experience in the pharma industry.
- Kannada proficiency is mandatory should be comfortable speaking and understanding Kannada.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
