We are seeking a dynamic and driven HR Skilled to join our team. This role will have a strong focus on Talent Acquisition with responsibility for driving end-to-end recruitment across the organization, strengthening our talent pipeline, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

This role will also contribute to the broader employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, people initiatives, HR analytics, and strategic projects aimed at improving the overall employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiter who enjoys building relationships, identifying great talent, and partnering closely with hiring managers, while also being interested in contributing to broader people and culture initiatives in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

1.Talent Acquisition –

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Conduct initial screening interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Independently lead the campus hiring process and ensure strong relationships with top educational institutions to expand sourcing reach.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, by providing timely communication and feedback.

2.Employee Lifecycle & People Experience -

- Support a seamless transition from candidate to employee by coordinating pre-boarding and onboarding activities and ensuring new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
- Own and continuously improve onboarding processes, orientation programs, documentation,



and employee touchpoints during the initial stages of employment.
- Support employee engagement and experience initiatives that strengthen connection, collaboration, and retention.
- Act as an accessible point of contact for employees on day-to-day people-related queries and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Support key employee lifecycle processes and ensure HR policies and practices are communicated clearly and implemented consistently.

3.Strategic People Initiatives & Projects -

- Contribute to strategic HR and people initiatives focused on improving employee experience, organizational effectiveness, culture, and ways of working.
- Participate in projects such as Half-Yearly Townhalls, R&R; Programs, Annual Offsites, Mid-Year Meets, talent initiatives, and other people priorities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement or improve HR systems, tools, processes, and workflows that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate people processes and contribute to building scalable HR practices.
- Research emerging HR and talent trends and recommend relevant practices or initiatives for the organization.

4. People Analytics & Reporting

- Maintain and track key talent acquisition and people metrics, with a particular focus on recruitment pipeline health, hiring turnaround times, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.
- Prepare periodic recruitment and HR dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key trends and outcomes.
- Use data and insights to identify recruitment bottlenecks, improve hiring effectiveness, and support informed people-related decision-making.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of recruitment and employee-related data and documentation.
