Key Requirements

1. Stakeholder Management Critical

- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience of working directly with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Should be confident in understanding hiring requirements, challenging requirements where necessary, and driving closure.
- Should not be limited to backend recruitment or sourcing.
- Assess how the candidate handles situations such as:
- Recruitment not progressing as planned.
- Hiring managers pushing for unrealistic timelines.
- Delays in feedback or decision-making.
- Difficulty in closing critical positions.

- The candidate should demonstrate ownership, influencing skills, assertiveness, and the ability to push back constructively.

2. IT Recruitment Expertise

Candidates should have hands-on experience in IT/technology hiring and understand current technology roles such as:

- AI/ML
- Infrastructure
- Solution Architect
- Cloud/Technology roles
- Other current IT and digital technology positions

3. Corporate Hiring Exposure

- Experience in hiring for corporate functions is preferred.




- Exposure to hiring across functions such as IT, Finance, R&D;, and other corporate/enabling functions.
- Candidates from established/positive-sized organizations would be preferred, as they are more likely to have experience dealing with complex stakeholder environments.

4. Recruitment Analytics & Excel

- Should have hands-on experience with Excel.
- Should be comfortable preparing and maintaining basic recruitment dashboards and hiring trackers.
- Should understand recruitment metrics and be able to present hiring progress to stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is more than a sourcing specialist someone who can independently manage the recruitment lifecycle, sit with hiring managers, understand the business requirement, advise and challenge stakeholders, drive timelines, and close positions.

Preferred profile:

3-6 years of experience with strong IT recruitment corporate hiring exposure demonstrated senior stakeholder management skills.
