Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic candidate to join our firm as a Talent Acquisition Executive. The role involves handling initial candidate communication, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to candidates for job opportunities
- Screen candidates based on basic job requirements
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates & hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates for interview confirmations and feedback
- Maintain daily reports of calls, interviews, and candidate status
- Update and manage candidate data in CRM/Excel sheets
- Support Recruitment manager in recruitment activities and hiring processes

Required Skills





- Good communication skills (English)
- Confident on calls and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
