Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as headhunting, mass recruitment, volume hiring, and bulk hiring.

- Coordinate interviews with candidates to ensure a smooth interview process.

- Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing profiles, screening resumes, and shortlisting candidates.

- Provide recruitment consulting services to clients by understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions.

Job Requirements :

- 0-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment Consulting).

- Solid skills in head hunting, interview coordination, mass hiring, recruitment consulting, source profiles & sourcing.

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
