Role & responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to on boarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate and conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Job Posting and Advertising: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms, ensuring they are accurate and appealing to potential candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process,



providing timely updates and feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the on boarding process for recent hires.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws.
