TA Specialist

Experience: 1+ Years

Location: Delhi | On-site

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring teams.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Understand client requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in recruitment/TA.

- Experience in IT and Non-IT hiring preferred.

- Strong communication and candidate-handling skills.

- Valuable knowledge of sourcing tools and job portals.

- Having Experience with Client Acquisition or Business development preferred.
