About The Opportunity We are hiring an HR Lead for a high-growth technology business backed by a leading investment and operating platform.

This is a high-visibility opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys building, not just managing , and wants to work closely with senior leadership to create a scalable people function.

The role combines Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist responsibilities, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations .

The environment is lean, fast-moving and highly entrepreneurial, making this particularly suited to someone who is comfortable creating structure where there isn't much existing process.

What You'll Own

Talent Acquisition — Primary Focus

- Own end-to-end recruitment across the organisation — sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder management and closing.
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and deliver quality talent quickly.
- Improve hiring processes, speed and structure in a high-churn, growth-stage environment.
- Build a strong talent pipeline and strengthen the organisation's employer brand.

Performance Management
- Own the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, feedback and calibration.
- Partner with managers to improve the quality of performance conversations.
- Support leadership through performance-related decisions and change initiatives.

Learning & Development
- Identify capability and skill gaps across teams.
- Build L&D; frameworks and programs from the ground up.
- Create practical interventions that support employee growth and business needs.

Compensation & Benefits

- Support compensation benchmarking and salary reviews.
- Manage compensation structures and benefits administration.
- Help ensure the employee proposition remains competitive as the business scales.

HR Operations & Culture
- Strengthen HR processes,



systems and operating rhythms.
- Oversee payroll operations through external vendors.
- Contribute to culture building and employee engagement.
- Drive people initiatives across a rapidly evolving organisation.

What We're Looking For
- ~7+ years of HR experience across the talent lifecycle.
- Solid experience in hands-on recruitment, ideally in a startup, SaaS, digital or high-growth technology environment.
- Solid HR generalist fundamentals across recruitment, performance management, L&D;, compensation & benefits and HR operations.
- Demonstrated ability to build processes and systems from the ground up.
- High agency, resilience and an ownership mindset.
- Comfortable operating independently in a lean team with limited support infrastructure.
- Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to influence and challenge senior leadership when required.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Exposure to APAC or multi-country environments would be an advantage.
- Basic familiarity with payroll and HR compliance; deep payroll expertise is not required.
